Terms

Plain-language terms for tenants and creators · 2026-06-18
These terms are written to be read. If a render right, a delivery window or a usage rule is unclear, that is our problem to fix, not yours to decode.

01  The render service

A school or a service requests a render and the Studio builds it from the supplied data on the school's brand. A render fails loud on a missing field rather than shipping a blank, and a late feed is stamped with the time it was built.

02  Assets and rights

A school's brand kit and asset folder remain the school's, exportable at any time. Sourced images carry tracked usage rights, and a render only draws on assets a school is cleared to use. Machine-made assets are marked when used.

03  Studio, rooms and creators

The Studio editor and co-create rooms carry edit-and-approve flows; rooms including students run supervised. Creators who contribute templates or assets are credited and paid through the eduZ spine on terms stated on the page, not negotiated in private.

04  Honesty about a render

We would rather hold a render than ship a wrong one. We do not present a render as something it is not, we mark how an asset was made, and a priority lane during a busy hour is ordered by urgency, not by who pays the most.
